This failing basement required a new block wall and LVL beams.  We also jacked the existing 1st floor up to re-level.  

A basement wall was found to be failing due to a large tree root.  We excavated and removed the tree root and repaired the foundation on the inteior and exterior. 

Restoration of a stone foundation on the East Side of Providence.  Work included new columns and repointing.

This project had an old stone rubble foundation that was failing.  We repaired the walls and infilled an old basement window.   

Basement Repairs​

This project was the most extensive basement repair that we have had to date.  The foundation wall was almost failing and required work on the interior and exterior.  

We have significant experience in dealing with failing historical foundations.  We have repaired stone, concrete and rubble foundations in many different conditions.
