Restoration of five different ADA entrances on existing buildings with new pressured treated railings, decking and structural supports. 

Completed repair work on six pavillions at Goddard State Park and Colt State Park.  Worked included new wood roof singles, powerwashing, staining, steel bracket replacement and concrete sealing. 

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE ​

We also complete property maintenace for various clients.  These projects 

​are smaller in nature but still need the attention of a larger project. 

Exterior restoration of over 48 foundations on existing two and three family houses in Providence.  Worked included concrete repair, brick repointing, waterproofing and caulking.
